One of the main goals of the company was to offer a collection service that assured not only a high rate of return, but also a fair and competitive rate.
Clients responded favorably to the hard work and results they were seeing in the early years. The company experienced a substantial and steady growth. By 1988, satisfied clients were listing their accounts from six states, including Florida, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. In 1990, the company’s name was changed to Credit Collections U.S.A., to reflect its goal of establishing clients throughout the country.
